bodhi@VPCF115FM:~$ systemd-analyze Startup finished in 6.586s (kernel) + 1min 30.343s (userspace) = 1min 36.930s graphical.target reached after 29.900s in userspace
I think your computer is faster than mine. But if I read mine right, it took 30 seconds to boot to GUI, not so bad for a 2010 laptop! Or maybe it took a minute and a half, I dunno. But seems fast to me.

Slowest by far, so far it seems!

If you were cutting and pasting out of Terminology, copy is <Ctrl+Shift+C> and paste is <Ctrl+Shift+V>.
Hope this helps!

Have now got 7.0 Alpha 4 on my 15 year old Dell Vostro 1700. It s a Core 2 duo T8100 with 2 gb ram. It does have an Nvidea graphics card thus not sharing ram so could be worse I suppose. Bodhi is installed on a Samsung 250 gb HD that was removed form a 2010 Dell inspiron that died years ago. When Bodhi 7 is released in its finished form I will buy a SSD to treat the old girl.
Startup finished in 5.146s (kernel) + 34.875s (userspace) = 40.022s graphical.target reached after 34.862s in userspace.
Looks reasonable enough to me.

Startup finished in 4.123 sec + 5.012 sec user space = 9.126 sec. on a Lenovo edge boosted with a 500GB SSD HDD with a bios from 2011. It is successfully installed with a Bodhi Linux 7.0 on Ubuntu 23.04 with a Linux kernel 6.2.

Dell Latitude E5510 4GB Ram 320GB conventional hard drive from power up to login screen 2 minutes from login screen to being able to actually do anything another 2 minutes. Bodhi as a guest in VMware workstation on another PC less than 1 minute from power up to login screen less than 30 seconds from login screen to being able to use it. Anybody got any ideas ?

4 minutes to full boot in Bodhi? Damaged HDD? I have many and many old/new machines with bodhi installed and it is never more than 1 minute. Of course SSD disks run much faster. I can boot within 10 seconds. My recommendation is buying 256 GB SDD disk for 20 €. I did the same with old Acer Inspire some days ago and it flies now.

Stefan Perhaps waiting for a network share to come up during boot? 4 minutes seems odd (although it's even).
