I tried to install proton vpn on bodhi linux. Later I uninstalled it. I used the following commands to remove proton vpn:
sudo apt remove protonvpn
sudo apt autoremove
rm -rf ~/.cache/protonvpn
rm -rf ~/.config/protonvpn
rm -rf ~/.config/protonvpn
Then I proceeded to uninstall the deb file using gDebi. Then sudo apt update is giving the following errors:
sudo apt update

If I keep the proton deb file installed. Then sudo apt update gives me no error:

How can I remove proton vpn completely? I also want to remove the proton vpn repo. But I don't see it here (I also have flatpak enabled on my system):
