Hi, I came from using ubuntu, linux mint, and debian. I tried some ARC distros. I like Bodhi because is so light and fast, but when you come from other distros the names come as minor issue, just because I was looking for panels.
My suggestion is try to maintain the user friendliness. if the shelves are called panels it would have been more easier.
anyway great job, this distro is great

Hi there and welcome
We are aware of name inconsistency with other desktops. Anyway, Moksha is an E17 fork so we want to respect the original modules names. Moreover we also provide installation with E25 which means the name changing can confuse our users. Moksha/E take some little time to get use to it but after a while you will be familiar and comfortable with all stuff around. Of course feel free to ask here in case of any troubles.

Yeah the names take a bit of getting used to and the way the environment is modular also confuses some new users, but as moksha becomes more familiar it’ll become second nature. Now I’m forever trying to open the main menu on my work windows by clicking on the desktop.
