Hello everyone! I have found a list of 10 software to manage camera for linux, but I could find none of them in Bodhi app centre. I have installed Bodhi Standard 6.0. It was easy in linux Mint xfce - Cheese. Another thing is installing Zoom for on-line meetings. Again, it was easy uner Ubuntu. I think for zoom I have to create a new topic. It looks like lightweights of Bodhi distro comes with a price. Thanks in advance for any help

Thank you thewaiter! That was easy with cheese - now up and running!!! . I'll do zoom when having more time. Probably I'll need similar support to install TeamViewer - if that's possible at all with Bodhi. Kindest regards Krzysztof

The Bodhi app center is just a few select applications to make it easy for new users. You have full access to the thousands of packages in ubuntu repositories too, and bodhi comes with two applications for that. One is a GUI called synaptic you can find in your menu under system tools, and one is command line tool called apt - Advanced Package Tool. To search with apt just
apt search whatever That being said, proprietary software like zoom or Microsoft teams are not in Bodhi/Ubuntu repos, so if you want to use that kind of software, get it directly from the company that distributes it as already suggested.

I can recommend using anydesk instead of team viewer. Anydesk available in repositories.
