How to: enable icons in thunar menus.

Thunar has icons in the menu in xfce, but not in Bodhi by default. If you'd like icons, edit (or create) ~/.config/gtk-3.0/settings.ini
Restart thunar, and icons appear in menus. Perhaps ylee this should be default on clean install?

There are still quite a few blank spots using default icon set, however. But still some is probably better than none, and some of the other drop downs menus are more complete than File.
