I haven't erased the disc and I'm sure it's not damaged. I think the problem is with the file format

Could it be a hibernated windows NTFS partition?
What is the problem you're having, or what are you trying to do?

If it is windows hibernated partition, and you want to copy files and pictures from it, then you need to boot back into windows and tell it to do a full shutdown, not just hibernate (which is its default behavior).
The translator is not very effective, your last message has no clear meaning and contradicts itself. There may be arabic linux users chatroom or forum you could find with a web search(in arabic), that may make troubleshooting easier... as this does not seem to be something only Bodhi users would understand or a Bodhi bug/etc....
But if you want to try here, we need a hint as to what you're trying to do or what problem you're having.

What is the problem you're having, or what are you trying to do? Files and pictures in the section I want them I think Tarq wants access to the files on the possibly hibernated windows partition. So the solution would be to do as advised and boot into the windows partition, shut it down (rather than hibernate). Log back into Bodhi, mount and access the windows partition.

What do I do after I get to the section you mentioned? Sda5 is meant where my photos and profiles are located I don't know what kind of file format is required because I'm a former Windows user.

You can always boot windows and back up any files there to an external drive. Otherwise you need to boot windows and shut it down normally before attempting to recover the files from the linux drive. You may also need to install a simple tool in Bodhi to be able to mount the NTFS drives from linux. To mount the drives, you need to use a normal file manager like Thunar and navigate to /media/username/ and look for a folder with the windows drive. All the info should be in there. If you don't have that folder, then you need to mount the drive from scratch. You'll have to learn to use the 'mount' command in terminal for that.

I am not a technician I am a common user and I want a solution and I do not know how to deal with the lines of orders complexly I just want the solution steps. The problem happened when Linux was installed and the hard drive split, and I think I left the file format in question empty for fear of being erased or tampered with.

Looks like you installed Bodhi and are now dual booting…accidentally? Which is a new one on me. On getting out of said dilemma step one for me, would be to start windows and back up my files either on the Internet (google drive etc) or usb drive. Let me know when you’re ready for step two 😜🙂
