I'm very old school when it comes to games. I would play Tetris if it were here. Maybe once a year I drag out my NES or SNES to play something.
Maybe a Breakout or Arkanoid game.
That reminded me I used to play a lot of a breakout style game when I was game was young. I had this lcd portable game player (a few years before game-boy/tetris) called microvision........ the individual games included the whole front cover of the thing and sometimes buttons...
So after quick repo search found and tried lbreakout2 and seemed ok. I set it up for my kids and they like it, but its forced 640x480 and crashes sometimes on one pc when made fullscreen on widescreen monitor (although not on another...), but always works fine in a (non-resizable 640x480) window. Long story short, I learned all this was fixed years ago with resizable windows and widescreen support, just never made it into debian/ubuntu for some reason, but still being maintained upstream by author, last version from Sun 08 Aug 2021.
