Windows of the same application should be grouped into a single button on the task panel, showing number of windows in the group. Is it possible to achieve? See attach (running several Thunar's windows)

Yes, if you install plank launcher or similar application. No in native Moksha iBar launcher module. It is on my TO-DO list.

Not in task module. iBar will be a combo with launcher and tasker. That's the idea...

What does a launcher have to do with the window list?
The original question was about the way moksha displays multiple windows of the same apps in its taskbar module. An alternative to using Moksha's taskbar is using a launcher/dock like plank.
Moksha has a window list on one of the tabs in the "quicklaunch" alt+esc menu if you're interested in a window list.
