Hello
It seems a non-biased positive tone review.

Very balanced and fair review. Also a few good pointers to things we can fairly easily improve. Though I won’t be the one improving them, so I say easily, not sure the devs will agree, but all in all I think that’s the best review yet, in terms of balance and constructive useful criticism.

Yes, good review. It makes me think how to improve gadget move/resize feature. I have an idea. And yes, long term chaotic Settings panel. We are fully aware of it but this one needs a significant change with more human resources. Actually, as reviewer said, Moksha is different. When I started using Moksha it was weird for me as well. The more I used it the less I moaned. Moksha is a matter or time. But fully understand new users confusion...

PS: rank #47 makes me happy. It was #72 the day before BL 6 release

Overall it is a positive review. I love reading statements like: as well as: Polished up some of its features is pretty much an understatement. I do not think any of our other releases had so much tweaking and polishing as this one. Yet it still is another review from someone who does not understand the basics of Moksha or enlightenment: I never will be able to figure out don't try to mouse over in this case There are a few other comments like that but I suppose ppl and reviewers tests Bodhi more accustomed to other Window Managers or DEs.

This is a real room for making video tutorials. I still can see the same struggling and same requests (of course there are still some moksha limitations and bugs). Unfortunately I am not sure a reviewer will watch tutorials and learn how to control moksha before the review.

Unfortunately I do not have the video creation or presentation skills needed to make a good video tutorial. Settings are really not that hard and customizing Moksha is pretty easy. Anyway I added my 2 cents on DistroWatch. I should have proof read the review before I submitted it - lots of typos. Here is a cleaned up version:

Current rank is decent but back in the day Bodhi was a (~always) top 30 distribution. I think it was close (or even made it) to TOP 20 for a while. It was almost always slightly better than Sparky Linux from what I remember.

Closing old forums with more than 6000 users seriously damaged Bodhi (Jeff´s decision due to GDPR restrictions). Unfortunately without a community decent base which forum is, there is no chance to run any distribution. We have been living in era when we literaly rise from the ashes. And yes, I am sure Bodhi belongs to the top 30.

An old user turned up again and insisted on setting up new forums for Bodhi to build the community back up again 😉 and with the best release yet with BL6, the only way is up!

Yes, thank you for that.
Hopefully the "lost children" will get back in time.

Honestly the forum closing, in part, pushed me away as I am not into Discord. I'm glad it's back in a new way and too, hope the lost children return.
