There is expected to be a beta iso released in the near future (days or weeks, not months or years) for Bodhi standard, but like most things linux, I think it will be released when it's ready, but not before that. And regular release, well if things go well with beta probably only a few weeks or months later than that, maybe official release summer 2021!
Dunno about legacy, other than there isn't even an alpha yet, I think its just experiments and ideas stage... but I still hope for summer 2021 or sometime shortly after debian bullseye releases (as I believe the team supports the idea of the next bodhi legacy on top of debian bullseye; I certainly do.) but that might be optimistic, I dunno.
