Hello,
Totally new to Bodhi, but have used Linux in general since about 2015. I have an interest in finding use for refurbished old computers. So I have tried a lot of low specs distros (Debian, AntiX et cetera) and I guess Bodhi is one of those.
I live in Uppsala, Sweden and own a lot of Thinkpads.

Hi rikardfvs
Welcome to the forums and community. If it’s an awesome experience on older hardware you’re after then you’re in the right place. Hope you enjoy Bodhi, let us know what you think and if you have any teething troubles, let us know and someone will be happy to help. Also check out the faqs on the wiki 🙂
(Bad form but can’t link atm, sorry 😬)

Hi Rikardfvs,
just looking through the other introductions before writing mine, I already get the feeling it was a good idea to also join this forum and not only install the OS.
I am also someone reviving old computers and for that reason have some Thinkpads and also some Latitudes (similar line from Dell) around.
Looks like Bodhi plays well with those (as I am writing this on a x60s just after an install of the 32-bit legacy version) and people like us might be welcome here.
Have a great day!

Hello and welcome Rikardfvs and Knut!
I also enjoy using older laptops. I owned a few years ago a lot of Stinkpads; not many Latitudes though.. but I had Precisions (still have 2).

I hope you find Bodhi useful it works better than most distros for low spec older machines. Feel free to ask or answer any questions here. Enjoy
