There’s the Bodhi Linux App Centre. You can install apps from there.

Besides the app center already mentioned, Synaptic Package Manager is also included with Bodhi.
If you want to install something more graphical than that, use synaptic (or apt) to install gnome-software.

when i starts in the terminal synaptic he says synaptic starts without system rights. the same with muon. both i have to star with sudo. why is it so?

both i have to star with sudo. why is it so? Because in linux you must have root privileges to install applications. Ordinary user accounts are not allowed to do that, for security reasons.
