When WPS Office was installed I noticed the Microsoft core fonts were missing, but these can be added manually. When I installed Font Manager (sudo apt-get install font-manager -y) to do just that, the program becomes unusable because its title bar, menu bar and buttons lie well beyond the upper and lower edge of the screen and thus cannot be controlled or brought into view. The Font Manager is found under Menu, Applications, Accessories. Hit the + button to add some TrueType font, and this is what I got:
The little protruding grey upper bar cannot be dragged, and is probably part of the area where the buttons reside - not part of the title bar. Definitely a serious flaw in the BL windows manager.

Yep
This is a known Moksha issue. We need to solve it by all means. In the meantime try to use this trick:
Press Alt key and grab window with left mouse button. Now you can move window to the position you can see its corners. Resize window to the suitable size and close. The window size should be stored.

This one I think I know workarounds for!
Lotta times, the first time you open a window the size is not good for your resolution and scale factor, you cannot even reach the buttons to resize the window, right?
Here's the easy workaround: hold alt key and use mouse to move the window. resize from the corner with mouse.
There are various scale factors that affect different things too. For example in settings panel/look we have scale factor, that affects a lot of things. in settings panel/preferences/elementary config we have scale factor that affects some things like terminology icons and appears to change other things, but those get reset after moksha restart. There is gtk scale factor we do not have a GUI to set; either edit config file or install a gui like
sudo apt install lxappearance

Here's the easy workaround: hold alt key and use mouse to move the window. resize from the corner with mouse. Works indeed, but now the Font Manager window is clipped horizontally... It can be used as such, but it's not nice to look at. Are there alternatives for this font manager?
I removed it (version 0.7.3) and installed the newer PPA version 0.7.4 which does not display the clipping issue. So, consider this problem as solved.
