I'm a noob linux guy who over the last few months have been going through the transition form Windows into Linux using BodHi. Over that time I found a lot of help on this forum and considering I am between projects right now and have a bit of free time I thought I would make some BodHi Tutorials for YouTube. I think this might be fun as when I started I could find very little on Youtube about BodHi, that wasn't someone installing it in a VM and clicking on a the browser and the file manager and saying "this is a linux distro".
So I thought it would be cool to make a video series specifically on BodHi and showing a start to finish process of how I setup my system, from a noob perspective. I know one of the great points of BodHi, is that it is so customizable and you can make it do what you like, and these videos will be installing the software I like, but even so I think it might be useful to some people, particularly beginners.
I wanted to give back to the community so I hope people like this. Feel free to do whatever with these videos.. once the vids are up I'll probably forget this channel exists. I have no plans to become a serious uTube chan, I have a job and that sounds way to much like work.
In order to know how good you are at something requires exactly the same skills as it does to be good at that thing in the first place, which means that if you are absolutely no good at something at all, then you lack exactly the skills you need to know that you are absolutely no good at it." - John Cleese
I made 3 Bodhi videos under Bodhilinux YT channel. That would be nice to create another ones. I have also my to-do list but I lack some time as I am involved in many other Bodhi duties. Please try to look up my videos and let me know your feedback. I can help you with the process.
