If you live in Iran or countries such as Cuba, Russia, North Korea etc which are sanctioned by US government, you may have issues installing packages from App Center and/or installing and/or downloading software packages directly from terminal with commands like apt install, wget, apturl etc from packages.bodhilinux.com. That is probably because the main mirror (packages.bodhilinux.com) is hosted on AWS which applies sanctions to users of sanctioned countries. Note that this behavior is NOT wanted by creators of bodhi linux. To solve this problem you just need to change this file:
replace
or any other official mirror links in here. This solution has been tested with Iranian ip. I hope that solves the problem.
