Not able to resize chromium window [SOLVED]

Hello,

I am not able to resize chromium window. Neither the key bind (win+left/right) or checking the corners for arrows works. It is forced into full with no way to resize it. 

I am considering trying a tiled window manager but don't want to have to use a tiled window manager just to resize me window :<

edit: resolved was a gtk theme issue, fixed all good my bad

anyone googling in the future 

Go to settings -> appearance -> gtk+ theme -> toggle use system title and toggle boarders
