I really like Moksha Green, it fits right into my alley. However, I'd like to change the loading screens' backgrounds, and the login screen background, is that possible?

Hello Playmouth theme and login wallpaper are not related to Moksha theme. You need to install an another plymouth theme (search the repo) and you need to define an another pic in lightdm greeter. Robert ylee created both of them. Maybe he will provide more info... Stefan

For the Moksha loading screen, you can set that in Settings/Look/Startup

The lightdm slick theme uses the background at /usr/share/backgrounds/bodhi/bodhi-login.png and the config file at /etc/lightdm/slick-greeter.conf. All this is provided by a package called bodhi-slick-theme.
On the Ubuntu version of Bodhi to change between the installed themes
sudo update-alternatives --config default.plymouth sudo update-initramfs -u To edit the installed themes look in /usr/share/plymouth/themes/ I do not recommend editing the installed themes. Install install a new one or create and add a new one.
On the splash screen see enigma's post above
