I finished building my new system and installed Bodhi Standard and have been adding things.
Motherboard Asus Z790 with WiFi and it includes Bluetooth. I have a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse combo and that works fine.
I can't connect to any device. I'm trying to connect to my WiFi speaker.
I believe PulseAudio is the problem.
Within the PulseAudio Preferences / Network Access there are two selections.
Make discoverable PulseAudio network sound devices available locally Make discoverable Apple Air tunes sound devices available locally. Both are grayed out and can't be selected.
I installed Blueman. It turns Bluetooth on and a search finds LAP-V1025-WUS BUT can't connect.
I am thinking uninstall PulseAudio but thought I'd ask before getting myself into more trouble. My WiFi speaker is on and is discoverable on other PCs.
Any Thoughts?

making headway I've been making headway and have discovered below.
sudo dmesg | egrep -i 'bluetooth|firmware' 2.346623] iwlwifi 0000:00:14.3: Direct firmware load for iwlwifi-so-a0-gf-a0-66.ucode failed with error -2 [ 2.346730] iwlwifi 0000:00:14.3: Direct firmware load for iwlwifi-so-a0-gf-a0-65.ucode failed with error -2 So I'm getting this error -2.
sudo rfkill list 0: phy0: Wireless LAN Soft blocked: no Hard blocked: no 2: hci0: Bluetooth Soft blocked: no Hard blocked: no rfkill is not blocking bluetooth Not a problem
sudo bluetoothctl Agent registered [bluetooth]# list Controller DC:46:28:66:DD:D8 Mario [default] So the controller is available
And in settings I am still getting "No Bluetooth Found" I guess the next thing is to figure out what this error code -2 is about.
I have put the idea of changing to the s76 kernel for now. BTY sudo apt install mintupdate I get Unable to locate package mintupdate It isn't in the package manager either. Surprised me because I was reading a Bodhi tutorial.
Slow going but I'll get there.
