Would it be possible to install BL7 from usb to usb without the risk of accidentally deleting or modifying the built in SSD? Or is it better to do an install with the internal SSD disconnected?

I have done both... but I would prefer to disconnect the SSD for insurance from mistakes, inattention, fatfingers, etc.
Accidents do happen.

I rarely do and it just causes stress and a lot of wasted time. |
