Hi, I am not sure what you mean. Can you record a screencast video and give us a link for better understanding?

I understand that the places module, when on the shelf, does not automatically close; you have to click the icon on shelf again to close it. A few gadgets are like that, for example the calendar that appears when you click on the clock. I think this is normal moksha behavior. Although what you're saying could be a feature request to have places module close under some other conditions one defines (like any other click, or opening something from places, etc).
No, Moksha's tasks (taskbar) module doesn't allow us to rearrange currently running apps. That could be a feature request. You can rearrange pinned apps if you use ibar, and it can be used as a dock instead of using the taskbar, with little dot to indicate something is open, and the (default) setting to add running apps to it.

Thanks for the answer, it would be nice for places to close automatically as soon as I select a place for example videos

I am a developer here. I can look at that and fix if possible.

OK, problem fixed and commited to Moksha repo. The module popup now hides after clicking the item. Anyway while solving the problem I came across an another issue. Default (not themed) places icon was blocked for mouse clicking. Only ArcGreen was working as I themed the gadget. Problem also fixed and commited to Moksha code...

New Moksha update was in Bodhi repository. Unfortunately there was one let's say "bug" related to an another feature which made us revert Moksha. I will wait for Ylee's check of my code and he will update Moksha for us. If my code works well it should be today. And yes, sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade will upgrade moksha as well.
