Is the software in package manger to plug my cell phone into my PC so I can tranfer files ?

Just last night burned both ISO images of 7.0.0, install went as it should until reboot- the image was not written to the hard drive, repeated install a couple times same result so, I reinstalled 6.0.0 with the sudo upgrade all is back to normal. Was looking forward to the new release... -  Computer, HP700-406pc, AMDA10-7700k, 2T HD 12gb ddr3, AMD RADEON R7 GRAPHICS... Been a user since 2015... :-) |

If you didn't try the standard iso, it wouldn't hurt to try it, if you've only tried s76 or even hwe.
But what you describe is just weird, it spends all the time copying it to the hard drive, but it's not there? Sounds like maybe a grub or eufi problem, cuz I bet it's really there, just not booting. How did you determine it was not written to the hard drive?
Is another distro/version of bodhi controlling grub? is os-prober enabled? Or only one OS on the machine?

I was replacing 6.0.0 with first s76, went through the install process, on reboot error grub not found then installed 7.0.0 during install asked to to keep s76 or erase so it was installed just won't boot, the install of 7.0.0 install showing installed on the HD but won't boot, failed
I reinstalled 6.0.0 with no issues. Are the two latest images complete or is there more testing..?

theres a chance to get it alreadly installed just on iso to do it over liveusb? here every time that i install the bodhi im getting stuck at grub rescue and nothing works but if i install zorin lite 16 it runs (but zorin is not lightwait as bodhi) PS if i try install by myself on liveusb my notebook freeze after try install the ppa |
