This question was posed to me elsewhere and I did not have an answer. What is the answer so that I may pass it on please?
"Does Bodhi have Enlightenment compiled with Wayland support so you can log into either Wayland or Xorg like some Gnome-based distros allow?"

No. Bodhi forked e before wayland was part of it. I think that started in e19 and Moksha was forked from e17.
The enlightenment in debian can do wayland, but doesn't come with the session file automatically - but wayland does work if you just start it from the terminal without any login manager.
I saw in the Bodhi 7 release announcement that an enlightenment edition is coming, perhaps we can ask ylee to make sure it has session files for both wayland and x11 available in login manager for that.

Okay, thanks for the answer. Me, it makes no difference if it has Wayland or not. Just someone was asking so now I have an answer for them.
