Looks like ubuntu security team took care of that for old kernels too, including those dating back to ubuntu 16.04 (bodhi 4.5) so I think we're good, just do your updates!
In general they usually have CVE's patched before they publicly announced, so as long as you have kernel updates enabled, you don't really have to worry much about this kinda stuff.
That being said, I think some old bodhi versions didnt' have the generic linux package installed so didn't track linux security updates, so if you're on ancient bodhi may wanna check that if you're worried.
I'm still running Bodhi 5.1 on a couple machines, with 5.4 hwe kernel, and it already has those updates installed.

Great. Thx enigma9o7. I am on 7.0 beta so all good. Thx for the fast reply Have been a Bodhi user and fan for many, many years as it is the absolute best distro out there. I donate when I can. Great work all who work on it.
