BL 7 RC, new installation. Lenovo ThinkCentre M700 Tiny i7 6th gen, 16 Gb RAM, 512 Gb SSD
I tried moving my Pager down an inch or two. I have done this before without issue. This time, it just disappeared. I have not been able to bring it back. I have tried turning the Pager off and back on, did not help. Not sure what else to try.

I assume you do not want to delete your ~/.e folder.
The next most obvious thing to try is to remove the pager gadget from your desktop in Gadgets settings. Then unload the module and reload it. Now try re-adding the pager gadget to the desktop.
If for some reason that fails let us know. But you can use the eet command to uncompress the ~/.e/e/config/bodhi/e.cfg file into a text file. Edit the text file and recompress it. I usually do this in a tty at the lightdm prompt so I am sure Moksha does not overwrite my changes. Doing this is not for the average user and can break things.

No, I did not want to delete my .e folder... I did the process you suggested in the second paragraph and nothing happened, but perhaps I was not patient enough. OK, I unloaded Pager from my Gadgets. I closed it. I logged out and back in, and then added it. Nothing changed.
I assume it is "easier" to delete my .e file. What do I lose by doing this?

If you delete your .e folder you will lose whatever customizations you made to moksha, theme, gadgets, and all the rest. When Moksha restarts it will revert to the state it was in when first installed. It is best to delete this folder in a tty at the lightdm prompt before one logs into Moksha.
