Hi all,
I've finally got around to installing bodhi 6 on my laptop (thinkpad x260, Intel graphics, the details are below). It had been running under Bodhi 5 with no particular issue for the last 3 years (the reinstall was needed for lack of updates on libc and a couple of other libraries under 18.04).
And then, Kaboom ! A problem arises : ever since the reinstall, I very often get temporary freezes of the screen/mouse. They can last anywhere between 1/2 a second to forever (in which case I need to a term with ctrl-alt-F1 and back to the graphic screen on F7 in order to unfreeze). I've also notices that I sometimes have a temporary problem in the screen refresh when I close/lower a window : there are some black lines that remain for a while.
Just to make sure, I installed Intel's drivers, but no change so far.
The few commands to check the system give the following :
inxi -G
glxinfo -B
lshw -c video
Any ideas ?
