apt is in fact working perfectly; "W:" indicates a warning. You can ignore it if you want, it won't affect anything at all.
But if you want to eliminate the error/warning, remove the trusty and xenial repos for getdeb. You will find the entries in /etc/apt/sources.list or files in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/. Delete lines or files as needed.
