I tried to change the X session or window manager for a user to a custom program, but my changes have no effect.
I added a suitable xsession file to /usr/share/xsessions. I tried to change the default session in lightdm configuration in /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf.d/70-linuxbodhi.conf (where it would apply to all users) and in the user's .dmrc, but neither has any effect. Moksha gets started instead. Adding the program to the user's .xinitrc and .xsession have no effect either.
How do I get something else than Moksha started? I would rather have this specific to one user, and others could continue using Moksha.

One way I have been able to choose a different DE is to enable sign in (or disable auto login), then you can select which DE to run at the log in screen on the top right if I remember correctly.
