Hello I tried to place a script in Startup Command to disable touch pad. Apparently did it wrong. Some where down the road a prompt is loaded to Desktop each time I boot. The Prompt says: /home/felix/.e/e/applications/startup/startupcommands
stopped working unexpectedly
The only option is 'close'. How do I prevent this from continuing to load each time I boot up? Also, how do I put this script into the Startup Command ? So I don't have to do it manual after I boot up ?
thank you, felix

Hello
If you do not want to have a command autostart after boot, you need to to erase touchpad related line in /home/felix/.e/e/applications/startup/startupcommands

Thanks for reply. I do not know where to find that line. I copied it from the prompt I see every time the Desktop loads. I checked through File Manager did not come across anything. I am not very familiar with the files there.

In file manager press CTRL H to show hidden folders and files. Each folder beginning with dot character is considered as hidden in Linux and Unix systems.
So now you can easily browse to that file .e/e/applications/startup/startupcommands
