Hi Bodhi Community,
I recently installed Bodhi on my early 2006 iMac, and I'm trying to enable wifi. I don't have an ethernet connection, but I have a laptop that I can use to download/transfer files to the system running Bodhi.
Chip ID: BCM4311 PCI ID: 14e4:4312 Kernel Driver in Use: b43-pci-bridge
I tried to locate and install the firmware / drivers myself, but I don't really know what I'm doing. I'm not sure how to locate everything.
[Also I cannot install the rfkill package, as it doesn't seem to be included on the version of Bodhi I installed. Not sure if this is relevant.]
Here is additional information about the hardware:

Hello and welcome www.bodhilinux.com/w/networking-wi-fi-faqs/According our wiki article you should install firmware-b43-installer package. Try to follow my method: As you are not able to connect on Internet via ethernet cable, try mobile tethering via USB. It is easy to find and enable in Android as well as iPhone devices. Open terminology and type these lines. After each line press Enter to confirm sudo apt update sudo apt purge bcmwl-kernel-source sudo apt install firmware-b43-installer restart your PC. After boot click on the wifi icon on the shelf and connect to your ssid Stefan

Hi Stefan,
I wasn't able to establish a connection through tethering, but I followed the steps for offline installation of the drivers in the tutorial you linked, and now I'm up and running on wifi.
Thank you!
