Hi,
I´m known as Geextah, I'm from Germany (so sorry if my english is not the best) and I´m in training as database developer.
I really love to try to understand programming languages and how databases are used.
Right now I focus an SQL, PL/SQL and later I'll learn python and others.
The main reason I registered here is, that I´ve some issues with bodhi (what a surprise - issues with linux ^^")
In the past I´ve used ubuntu and mint, also different versions of windows, but I ever wanted to learn and understand about linux and also give the different derivations a chance, because I like the idea behind it.
But I also ever had some issues with the different derivates, what always had made it uncomfortable for me (I know, I´m a spoiled Windows user XD)
In ubuntu I´ve had the problem, that one of my music players only worked when my last.fm player was open too - what didn´t make any sense at this time (it´s only one example of many) - also nobody could (or want) to help me at this time, so I changed again back to windows
But one day I bought a small "transformer book" from Asus and there was Windows 10 on it what really makes no sense, because the internal storaged is only about 31 GB. At the beginning of Windows 10 it was enough but later it didn´t worked out because it´s over 40 GB (not sure right now).
So I changed to linux mint, because it was smaller and felt a bit like ubuntu. It was about 15 GB big, so I thought it could work out...
Until the last update what gave me a "storage overflow" and I also got the login loop.
I could fix that but after that I wanted a smaller linux and now I´m here and have an another issue, but I´m sure we can fix that and I can work, learn and understand bodhi about years
