Hi I am new to this forum. I am retired and have taken up the study of Python as a hobby. I am very familiar with Linux, having used it at home since the 1990's.
I have been experimenting with several Linux distros over the past couple of years, testing them out to see which one offers the best overall performance for my Python projects. Although I have known about Bodhi Linux for several years, I have never seriously tried it out until now. I am pleased with the ease of using Presentation mode. When I run my Python scripts the memory usage sometimes gets intense, even though I have 16 GB of RAM on my computer. Bodhi Linux handles it very well. Being based on Ubuntu also is a plus for me, because I am familiar with it. I am starting to customize my copy of Bodhi and looking forward to using it for awhile.

Welcome, elemenel - Bodhi Linux is really lean and, as you have observed, and makes for a nice, stable system. We are glad Bodhi Linux found a home on your PC. See you around!
