Hi Tarq
Unless you’re dual booting, installing Bodhi will wipe all data. Even if you decide to dual boot it is advisable to back up anything you want to keep.

If you want to keep the data on sda5, you'll need to shrink it to make enough free space to allow you to make another partition to install Bodhi on.
Depending on what sda5 is, you may be able to with gparted, which is in the menu... but need to understand what you have already to explain better...

I can't find my files, photos and programs In which folder can I find it, I am currently removed from the flash

What OS is on there already? Your screenshot doesn't even identify the filesystem for sda5....
If you're using some type of encrypted file system, that probably explains why you can't see it...
If it NTFS from Windows 10/11 (which seems less likely since you have a linux swap partition, but incase it is) odds are you didn't shut down windows completely and its in hibernated state, so need to boot windows and do a full shutdown.
