sometimes keyboard switch hotkey (currently alt+shift) doesnt work.
settings -> setting panel -> input tab -> keyboard -> options tab -> Alt + Shift selected.
how can i fix that annoying bug? current solution is go to settings -> setting panel -> input tab -> keyboard -> options tab and unselect "Alt + Shift" option, select again and press OK or Apply button.

Which version of Bodhi are you using? Bl5 or 6.
When does the shortcut stop working? (Reboot etc) I can’t seem to replicate the issue so more details on exactly what you do when it happens and what you’re expecting to happen etc
More info the better to help us help you. 🙂

Still not enough info. Is only icon description (ru, en etc) affected or also the keyboard layout?

Stefan icon description (ru, en etc) affected: when pressing "alt+shift" it changed at the bottom right corner.. but no actually works... then i have to go: settings -> setting panel -> input tab -> keyboard -> options tab and unselect "Alt + Shift" option, select again and press OK or Apply button. after that it works again...

Tried to do he same and will post here the results.

I wonder why only you can confirm this issue. Nobody here face the same trouble? OK, I will add an another layout and will use it for some days to be possible to reproduce the issue...
Stefan
EDIT: try this command in terminology as our Moksha module uses for showing the current settings. Use this command again when your trouble happens: setxkbmap -query

Hmm, let me think about your issue once again
Moskha keyboard module is a frontend for setxkbmap command. When you press apply in settings dialog, setxkbmap command with your setting is activated. For example in your case this will happen: setxkbmap us,ru -option "grp:alt_shift_toggle"
If layouts switching does not work after resume or after a while it means it is in conflict with something. My question: have you installed any extra tool, daemon or application related to russian keyboard?

@thewiter after a while when i occurs again i execute this : setxkbmap us,ru -option "grp:alt_shift_toggle" -> this help and alt+shift works again... but i think it's not a solution but better then clicking twice with a mouse.

Again, something resets your setxkbmap settings. Do you have more Bodhi installations with this issue? Is it a big deal for you to reinstall Bodhi from scratch? While installing apps, try to think about this issue and point what app can block it...
