That link is to a login page, it does not describe what you did. but i am getting this error report sudo apt install myst Paketlisten werden gelesen... Fertig Abhängigkeitsbaum wird aufgebaut. Statusinformationen werden eingelesen.... Fertig E: Paket myst kann nicht gefunden werden. There is no package named myst in the repositories bodhi provides, so that error is expected and normal.
Perhaps if you showed a screenshot or copy and paste what it is you did. Most likely you were supposed to add a repository before installing that way, or download a debfile in which case the install command would be slightly different....

It appears you are using the 32-bit version of Bodhi Linux 5.1. The ppa you are trying to use does not have a 32-bit package for any packages. Sorry.

If this is important enough to you, you could build it yourself from source. Or email them and tell them to have launchpad built it for 32-bit bionic, which is trivial for them to do... To test, I built it myself on bodhi legacy 6.0beta, using the bionic source package from that launchpad repository.
sudo apt install dh-golang golang-1.17 dpkg-dev devscripts cd /tmp wget https://launchpad.net/~mysteriumnetwork/+archive/ubuntu/node/+sourcefiles/myst/1.1.9+build448323434+bionic/myst_1.1.9+build448323434+bionic.dsc wget https://launchpad.net/~mysteriumnetwork/+archive/ubuntu/node/+sourcefiles/myst/1.1.9+build448323434+bionic/myst_1.1.9+build448323434+bionic.tar.xz dpkg-source -x myst_1.1.9+build448323434+bionic.dsc cd myst-1.1.9+build448323434+bionic debuild --no-lintian
Then install it:
cd /tmp sudo apt install ./myst_1.1.9+build448323434+bionic_i386.deb
It requires accepting some terms, but installs fine.

It looks like those might be dependencies that you need to install separately. You might be able to apt install those.
Edit - I take that back, looks at though they aren’t in the repo…

I had tried that on 6.0 beta. The version of golang on Bodhi 5.1. is 1.13 instead, so change that first line to
sudo apt install dh-golang golang-1.13 dpkg-dev devscripts
I'll double check it works and update this shortly but dont anticipate problems (since they already built it for bionic before, must work with the bionic version.... bionic refers to ubuntu 18.04 repositories).
There's also a chance I had something else already installed, and you'll get a message about something else missing, if that happens, just post any error here if its not clear what to do and I'll let you know.
Note you will get a warning message about being unable to verify the signature; don't worry about that.
This didn't work so I'll update this in about an hour with solution, gotta go now.

So scratch my last idea, it doesnt work with 1.13, it really needs the 1.17. Since go version 1.17 is not provided in repositories, you could install it from PPA. (The alternative is to download go from google, then install it manually and modify the myst source control file to work with that, or package it yourself before installation, both of which are more complicated than just trusting someone else did it right...):
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:telegraf-devs/staging
Then original method I described for Bodhi 6.0 Legacy Beta works on 5.1 also, as that PPA will allow the required version of go language to install. Ignore any errors or warnings about signatures, since we're doing this just for ourselves that doesn't matter.
edit: updated to simpler method

i have install it, but i am getting the same error report.
You probably need to start over and build from scratch. There's probably leftover stuff from failed attempts.
I dunno how familiar you are with this stuff so I dunno how much detail I need to go into.... you could just reboot (which will clear the whole tmp folder I reccommended using) and start over completely.
Or if you're okay with file management, remove all the myst-whatever files and folders in /tmp except for the two that were downloaded with wget, and extract and debuild again.

i have done this sudo add-apt-repository ppa:telegraf-devs/staging i do not know what i have to do now again
First uninstall golang 1.13 if you installed it and delete any leftover stuff in /tmp from failed attempts (any myst files and folders besides those two source files you download). [ Actually I dunno if you need to uninstall golang 1.13 or not, perhaps it gets overwritten by newer version, but perhaps they both get installed as they are different package names; in any case you don't need it so why not uninstall it to be sure.]
Then it's the instructions the same as for 6.0 beta: Install the required stuff from the first line of the codeblock above (because now that PPA is added, it will work). Then download source files with wget unless you have them already. Extract, debuild, and install the resulting package.
The exact commands for all that stuff is above.
Or just reboot and start all over from scratch every step on original instructions, no problem, as that ppa you added will remain so golang-1.17 will install first time without error, and debuild won't say its missing since it wont be, etc.
