Ah ok, I use "MokshaGreen" as my base theme (as it has the darkest backgrounds for menus, etc), so thats probably why it came out green for me.
Is that arrows color only controlled by the "Base Theme" ? (or is there an other theme category in advanced theme settings that affects it?). If yes, are there any other theme categories (or anything) that is affected only by the base theme setting? [In other words, if I assigned something for every single theme category, would base theme then only control that arrow color?]

No, not Base theme. I defined arrow in systray.edc. So it is related to the modules/systray in advanced theme settings. It means you can re-assign systray from an another themes. BUT, be aware the systray.edc includes the systray background color which fits to the shelf color.

Awesome, thanks. I turned the arrow white to match my other gadgets by setting modules/systray to MokshaLK4K.
