After testing and looking at 13 different browsers, I think we have some clear winners. I've been spending time looking at each one, how up to date it's kept as a final determination. I'm actually not done with all of them, but I've looked at the clear winners and at least would like to start mentioning them.
I'll just do one at a time in each post. To add some suspense, I will go 3-2-1 then the rest 4-13.
BRONZE MEDAL WINNER:
OPERA
Opera almost won this contest. It's easy to add to the repos, updates on a regular basis, has all the main features like Chrome web store and works great overall.
Opera is the elder statesman of the group, having been available to the public since 1996. The only demerit is that it does have issues with h.264 videos that needs to be addressed with the ffmpeg file. The devs refuse to pay a license fee I believe. That issue can be addressed in another post I wrote specifically about the browser.
I like to keep several browsers in my lineup and Opera will continue to be part of that group.

Debian is so "stable" that they can't keep up with web browser updates. The only way around it is 3rd party browsers, or the flatpak and AppImage versions of the browsers that Debian is supposed to be maintaining. More work and less play makes Jack a dull boy...

Entry #2: We now have the silver medal winner. This browser was first released in 2008 and has all the nice features like Chrome web store. Runs fairly quick and I never have a problem with it. It's also maintained on a regular basis and happens to be the default web browser for Bodhi 6.0 SILVER MEDAL WINNER: CHROMIUM

Since he gave chromium silver it shows he likes that UI, and since he put opera as #3 shows he has no problem with proprietary. So I suspect he will award Google Chrome the gold. Although perhaps he'll surprise us and give Firefox the gold. If it turns out to not be Firefox or Chrome, I find slimjet unlikely, but cannot imagine what it would be.

I am not sure about the chart criteria. Is it mem usage? Performance? User comfort and features? Security, privacy?

I haven't used Chrome in 10 years back in my Win XP days after I learned Google was collecting way too much data. Began using Opera and Firefox before that so I had no problem dropping it. I do not use Google search engine. I do not use GMail. I do not use Google P.S. I spoke too soon. I do use Chrome web store for 2 extensions. I can't help myself

I am not sure about the chart criteria. Is it mem usage? Performance? User comfort and features? Security, privacy? S I do my best to apply privacy and security within reason. I have no saved passwords. I use uBlock Origin. I have "Do Not Track" applied when possible. I clean cookies once a week or thereabouts (unless they're special). Nothing is perfect for this to still have a good web experience. I use free VPN on Opera sometimes, although it can slow down video experience occasionally. Features: Very important. Even though I dislike Google, I find 2 extensions in the Chrome web store very valuable. OneTab and uBlock Origin. Browsers get a demerit if they can't use those extensions. I do try to find alternatives for those browsers. Mem usage and comfort: Generally these go hand-in-hand. It's important yes. But I won't choose a browser with less features to save 100 meg. As we saw, Epiphany may start out with less ram but it develops a bad habit using YouTube and other script heavy sites to become much worse.

Entry #3: Looks like we have a surprise winner here. It's pretty quick on its feet and has all the features Chromium and Opera have with the Chrome web store. You will need to scroll down for result GOLD MEDAL WINNER: BRAVEThe first stable release was in late 2019, but it's gotten most everything right and it's fairly well privacy oriented. There's also a crypto currency reward option for viewing ads. The icing on the cake is that it gets updated quicker than any other browser in the list. As soon as a new Chrome comes out, Brave is not shy about following suit. There are special repositories maintained by Brave which can be added to the most popular distributions, which include Ubuntu, Linux Mint, Debian, Fedora and OpenSUSE. The only demerit I can find is there is no 32 bit support for Linux.

I am confident for my choices, seems i search a lot and i end up with the best software. Bodhi linux, brave etc. I stopped using brave though since i adopted bodhi due to the red icon i was seeing on my desktop using default green theme. It is the only software i used that broke the all green rule on my desktop. If anyone has a fix for this please let me know. I need to use the stable version of brave. The waiter suggested i used the nightly build to solve this. So the red icon is a deal breaker for me.

It's /usr/share/icons/MokshaArcGreen-Icons/apps/scalable/brave-browser.pngIf you have the icon on the IBar at the bottom left, you can just right click on it and change the icon properties.

Been using Firefox forever, nice to have browser choices.
FF has always worked for my needs. Can't recall exact time frame started using it.
My next PC will have 128 GB ram (or more if possible in the future).

After testing and looking at 13 different browsers, I think we have some clear winners.
Who is WE? My opinion is you should have wrote "I" since apparently no other persons has participated in the choosing of the winners. There could be another explanation : you have split/multiple personality (though I hope that'ss not the case). I appreciate your work on this analysis of the browsers.. maybe you could write the same information for the "loosers" and then make a poll to let all the others decide the winner
I've been using Firefox since at least the 3 series (I think sooner but tht was such a long tome ago) and I've been satisfy by it. Before that I used Opera for a while since I hated IE and would have used anything else. Along the years I've looked at other option but always went back to Firefox. Lately Mozilla seems to me the only company with common sense and respect for privacy. I agree with your stance on privacy and avoiding Google. Some may not know that before Chrome was created Google was (probably) the largest sponsor of Mozilla. I think the increasing interest for user data of Google is what made the deal stop at a point and Mozilla and Google taking opposite directions.
So for what they represent I'll use Firefox on the desktop till the end. On the mobile I use Duck-DUCK go's browser since it's lighter and also privacy-respecting.
I too don't use google with some very small exceptions. I've been using Linux + Firefox since like forever. On mobile(s) I used UBPORTS and recently finally made the jump to /E OS on my main phone. Most others I have in my collection will soon follow suit.
