Hello I saw several times the requests about max volume limit in Bodhi. The truth is, Bodhi has no max volume value to stop at. It is due the mixer code. Today I had a look and added this feature. People were afraid of damaging their audio speakers or even their ears. I was inspired by Pulse audio controller where it is possible to go beyond 100% up to max 153% which is OK for some purposes (weak laptop speakers). I hope you will like this new feature. I prevented suing us for your device or ears damage Enjoy Stefan

How bout a screenshot of where we set this new value?
Does this mean we can turn max volume up to 153% and then the regular volume slider will allow us to go louder, without having to turn up individual apps?

It means, you can go up to 100% with the mixer slider. If you need more up to 153% (155 actually as the volume step is 5) you need to use volume keys or mouse wheel over the mixer gadget. Yes, the volume is global. If you need change the individual app volume, go to pavucontrol and change it there. Look at the picture below: www.enlightenment.org/ss/e-5f2679611f8a05.55189038.jpgŠtefan
