Thought I would install BodHi on my main desktop, but ran into a issue I have not found on any of my laptops. Basically the 4K Monitor has no bar visible at all. Any ideas how I could fix that?

like the bar at the bottom of the screen with the network icon to connect to the wifi and, the start buttons and the icons to launch the terminal and browser and installer and all that stuff ...

It sounds like you've lost the " shelf", assuming that's correct .... you need to reset the bodhi profile. Left-click anywhere on the desktop (where there are no icons/gadgets), to bring up the main menu, from there navigate to: settings>settings panel. This will open the settings window. Maximise the window. Using the icons at the top of the Settings window, click the Settings icon, then in the display pane, click Profiles. In the pop up dialog click the Reset button. |

Thanks fidoedidoe, Yes it's called shelf, I have to add a shelf for the second screen so it can appear on the screen. Here's what I did:
Setting -> extensions -> Shelves -> add -> add gadget (Optional). Done
