An often usable menu item of the Moksha desktop is "Menu-Settings-Settings Panel". This action calls the window that has "Settings" title. My proposal is to rename the window "Settings" with "Settings Panel" to correspond the menu item.
Moreover the settings panel itself has an element "Settings" - too many "settings" in the sequence. How about to remove this element at all and place its sub-elements: "Dialogs" - to "Windows" and "Profiles" - to "System" or to "Look"?

You can add "Settings" gadget to shelf (or desktop) to get one-click access to settings panel, so you don't have to do start/settings/settings panel.
Personally I think the settings panel could use major reorganization. Renaming a few things, re-categorizing a few things, and details like like pulling "icons" out of second tab of application theme and direct to settings panel so easier to find, etc. Plus it sources a couple icons from other things, needs dedicated names, etc.

Personally I think the settings panel could use major reorganization. But I would like to point little inconsistencies I found. Full rebuilding of the settings interface needs big efforts, but I'm not sure that it is really needed just now. Moksha is Moksha (not Plasma or Xfce) and it is entitled to own individuality.
