Hi. Linux user i'm kinda out of luck with bodhi install. Bodhi iso functional when loaded as a vm in gnomeBoxes but when i tried to system install on a empty disk from usb=errors. First says -no grub + all the bugs i'm reading in linux forums. It's a damn empty disk (use Dban wipe). So where is the action...

We have no enough info to help you. I can only speculate here. Anyway I can recommend to prepare installation USB with Rufus on Windows with dd option enabled. Users also use etcher or linux command dd. Unetbootin is not recommended for BL 6 installation as lacks dd support.

Linux Mint has its own Make a USB bootable program. It works very well, but it doesn't seem to work with BSD and a small percentage of other Linux iso.
I know it works with Bodhi, Mint, LMDE, OpenSUSE, Puppy, EasyOS, Calculate, Zorin, AV, Robo, Solus, Feren, Reborn, Sparky, Gecko, Neptune, Makulu, Peppermint.
