Hello guys, I'm a new user of Bodhi Linux (6.0 HWE). I saw this message in the menu of Chromium browser: "Managed by your organization". I read what does it mean here: " Check if your Chrome browser is managed". This point dislike me: "If your Chrome browser is managed, your administrator can set up or restrict certain features, install extensions, monitor activity, and control how you use Chrome." How can I remove that feature? Thank you.

Hello guys, ... This point dislike me: "If your Chrome browser is managed, your administrator can set up or restrict certain features, install extensions, monitor activity, and control how you use Chrome." How can I remove that feature? Thank you. That is how we set Bodhi's search engine. So it is "truly needed." That is the only use for it and you can verify that by typing into the address bar, chrome://policy and pressing Enter. The fact that the "administrator can set up or restrict certain features" shouldn't bother you as YOU are the administrator of your machine if you have sudo rights. You are free to alter any of the policies, see /etc/chromium/policies/. The next time chromium updates do not let it overwrite your changes there, or if it does change it back to what you want.

Thank you ylee for answering me. Now I fell myself more secure using Chromium. (Happened this was first time I saw this message in a browser) Cheers.
