Hello, I'm a new user of Bodhi 5.1. I already watched on your side. I don't find a reply on this subject. Maybe I missed it. I like to modify, delete or add a menu entry on Bodhi 5.1.0. How can I do that? Thank you. Rene

You will need to be more specific. Are you wishing to change the entries under Applications or under the main menu? Or elsewhere?

The start menu is all automagic based on desktop files. There is a line in the desktop file NoDisplay i think it is, if you dont want things to show up in the menu.
If you want to add things, you create desktop files. Several ways to do that. One way using moksha is run the app then click the icon in the title bar and select edit icon and go from there to save the desktop file.
Programs install desktop files in /usr/share/applications, and modified versions you edit or create are in ~/.local/share/applications. Moksha ignores the main one if you have a local one.

Hello Hippytaff, Thank you for your reply. It's in the main menu, application. Ok I'll try to modify an entry. Update: In the main menu, application, preferences, there was an entry "Software Sources". I've found the desktop icon in /usr/share/application. I deleted it there. Now the menu entry is no longer displayed. "Software Sources" belongs to Mint. I suggest I have done a wrong installation before. I try to remove this package.
