Yes, some older printers/scanners that dont have windows 10 drivers work fine with Bodhi.
I have an old brother multifnction laser printer/scanner. When Windows 7 came along no more drivers for the network scanner (although could print). Had to use "xpmode" virtual machine of windows xp when I wanted to scan.
But I dunno which ones have the least hassles with Bodhi Linux. I remember it was kinda a hassle to get the scanner to work actually, the first thing I tried didnt work... eventually got it working tho... Linux is like that sometimes tho, you can usually make anything work right with effort... but yeah certainly not everything so dunno.... In my experience I havent heard of a problematic scanner brand. Broadcom and Realtek have proprietary wifi drivers that are sometimes hassle to install but work fine. Old Nvidia GPUs can be problematic tho, I've now learned that's something to avoid, even tho I'm dealing with it on 3/4 PCs and managing with minor issues I can deal with.
