When using Bodhi's default File Manager, I like CTRL+4 "Detailed List View" for "Folder View Mode." However, it never saves, and I have to press the shortcut everytime, is there is a way to get this to ALWAYS be "Detailed List View" for all folders? Thanks

Diolch HippyTaff.
Can this only be done on a folder by folder basis or is there a global setting?
Cheers

Could be wrong. Have you tried...
While PCManFM, go to Edit > Preferences > stay on the General tab, see Default View (View Mode) change to Detailed list view.
