For bodhi 5.1, ubuntus deb package straight from ubuntu bionic repo. For bodhi 6.0 64-bit, repacking linux mint's build and putting deb in bodhi repo ( I believe). Regular ubuntu 20.04 uses chromium from snap package, so it could take them a sec or two longer to load, but its not like ours loads super fast the first time (after reboot) either.... I know snap packages have some overhead so perhaps that affects it, although I thought mainly that just wasted a bit of memory and thought cpu difference would be insignificant...
Thanks for the info. Still, I think the Bodhi6 Chromium has certain settings changed to make it feel much faster. Just one example: the URL-bar has Autocomplete (every keystroke is send to Google which makes it very laggy and unresponsive for old computers - I type several letters and they don't appear immediately but after many seconds after Google answered back) inactive. All Chromium browsers in other distributions have this feature active by default.
