I installed Mark Text, an open source markdown editor, yesterday on Bodhi 5.1.
Today I tried to use it. Each time I attempt to open it, I get the dialog box, "Execution Error | Mark Text stopped running unexpectedly"
What can I do to fix this? Is there a log file which tells me more information?

One way to fix it was to try something else. I got Remarkable, on the advice of ItsFOSS.com. It works fine. But I'm still curious to learn why Mark Text didn't work.

How did you install this? I downloaded the appimage from github and it works ok.

I installed it using the PPA as described on ... some website? Probably ItsFOSS.com. I should try the appimage. But now that I have Remarkable, I may not need to fix it...although I can't figure out how to UNinstall it. For as long as I've been using Linux, you'd think I'd know more about how to use it.

You should be able to uninstall it the way you would a normal package. Then you can remove the ppa by doing where ppa_name is the name of the ppa you installed.
