Hmm, I can see an odd moment when you move the discord window. It somehow suddenly snapped into screen two center. Can you move with that window?

You're right, I can't move it. When I try to move it, the window is coming back in the center of the screen.

Something is really wrong with xrandr layout then. I can remember some users complaining. Their screens resolutions were different. Problem is I can not reproduce the same problem. I will try again and of course fix if possible...
Stefan
PS: May I see Monitor settings (arandr) layout screenshot?

Much better, yes. OK, I probably know now how to reproduce the problem. Your hdmi screen is centered vertically. I assume when you snap it to the top or bottom, the problem does not appear, right?

Yes, when my main screen is on top or bottom it's working well.

OK, I can reproduce your problem om my laptop with 2 screens. Long story short: try this solution Go to menu->settings->Settings Panel->Windows tab->Window display and change the screen limits according my screenshot to the last item Stefan PS: keep in mind you can move the window with ALT + mouse left button in case the window is out of the screen limits.
