Since I've changed the icon theme,, it's now affecting when I open up the terminal window. 2 windows now open up at the same time & one of the terminal windows is completely completely blank. How do I rectify this? What is the command line for this fix? Thanks

This is just a weird situation that shouldn't happen, and shouldn't have anything to do with icon theme.
Let's start with the basics. Can you post the contents of /usr/share/applications/terminology.desktop and if it exists ~/.local/share/applications/terminology
In particular, we are checking the "Exec" line to making sure it's executing terminology and nothing else.
If it's just launching terminology, try running it from terminal and see what happens. No idea what this other window is....

Thanks for your reply. I will screenshot issue when back home from work. (2 Terminology windows open up when I launch from terminology launcher button)

Now, I have to click 3-4 times just to launch a terminal window! (a window appears for a split second until my 3rd or 4th attempt)

Obviously something weird is going on, but without being at your machine, and without any further info, it's hard to guess at ideas.
You could try using another x-terminal until you've resolved this. For example, to install lxde's terminal
sudo apt install lxterminal

Screenshots and more info would definitely help us to help you. Without them, everyone is hunting for a solution for you in the dark.

OKay two ideas 1. sudo apt update & sudo apt full-upgrade (it will update moksha desktop as well) 2. menu->settings->settings panel->settings->profile->scratch button (this will reset moksha desktop. Unfortunately it will delete all desktop settings like wallpaper and other user settings to default. Keep it in mind) | |
