I feel like an idiot but i have been looking for the date and time settings close to half an hour and cant find it anywhere. The clock settings that can be accessed from the shelf allows me to change only the format. Settings Panel, Main menu and System Tools show no such option as far as i can tell. Also Language and input settings as well as User management were nowhere to be seen.

You can reset your geographic time zone by entering this command in Terminology: sudo dpkg-reconfigure tzdata

Hello there
1. Yes, it a GUI and you can install as package named swami-control. 2. I use to install ntp package to have accurate time in my timezone. 3. Use terminal to change time. Not that hard to do
I have a plan to code a simple date and time setting panel under clock option in the future. Unfortunately I am working on something else now and my to-do list count lots of stuff. This feature has no top priority but I understand why people look for it.

Thank You. swami-control worked. Its a nice little app and i think it should be made available out of the package.
