The issues: 1. Can't move files from Thundar File Manager to my Samsung portable SSD T7: "Permission denied" when trying the option "send" to the SSD and when I'm dragging the files I want to move to the SSD from the computer the files bounces back, like it's not a possibility. I could however move files from the SSD to the computer by just dragging and dropping them into the file manager (pics, vids, docs), but not the other way around (to the SSD).
2. Getting a error message when trying to unmount/eject the SSD aswell. Noone of the above has happened before in any of the other Debian/Ubuntu based distros I've tried before, Bodhi is all new to me and so is the DE. Is this some security messure I'm assuming? And if so how do I bypass this?

Please tell what filesystem is used on the SSD: ext4, ntfs, fat32? If it possible, attach your SSD, execute the command 'mount' and write here the line that describes the SSD mountpoint.
To solve the unmounting trouble, just create the file '/etc/polkit-1/localauthority/50-local.d/50-thunar-eject.pkla' with the contents:
[udisk2] Identity=unix-group:plugdev Action=org.freedesktop.udisks2.filesystem-unmount-others ResultActive=yes To solve the write access problem, try to enable automounting for the removable devices: 1) Main Menu - Settings - Settings Panel 2) Select 'Places' in the horizontal ribbon menu, choose 'Places' item and mark the boxes: [x] Mount volumes on insert [x] Open filemanager on insert 3) Press 'Apply', 'Close' buttons.

That was weird. I just plugged in the SSD today, and were about to try the steps that you wrote, but before doing so I'll tried once again to just drag and drop to the SSD since my computer had been turned off over the night and it just worked now, even to unmount+eject, no error messages. What could have caused this yesterday that I can think off, is that I had a USB pen plugged in which I'll also unmounted and ejected without problems before plugging in the SSD and that's when the issues occurred. Thanks anyway for the help!
